Disinfect your tooth brush so you don't re-infect your self. wash your bedding and clothing daily. Keep your living space clean of irritating dust and germs. open the windows, a bit to freshen the air. cut back on dairy products to lessen mucus. Eat light soups such as broth, chicken, won-ton, and cabbage soup it's full of vitamins. Get your wife to rub you all over with vapour rub, then you rub her down too who knows it might lead to a bit of cuddling which is good for the immunity as well. When the sun shines get out for a walk, avoid crowds and if you cough do it into a tissue so you don't spread the virus. If you are not feeling better in 5-7 days see a Doctor.
